Key Responsibilities:

  • RFP Management:

Managing the end-to-end RFP response process, including evaluation, content development, and submission.

  • Content Development:

Creating compelling and compliant proposal content, leveraging existing resources and developing new content as needed.

  • Team Leadership:

Managing and guiding a team of proposal specialists, ensuring efficient workflow and collaboration.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

Working with sales, product, legal, and other teams to gather information and ensure consistent messaging.

  • Process Improvement:

Standardizing templates, checklists, and processes to improve efficiency and compliance.

  • Tracking and Reporting:

Monitoring deadlines, submission statuses, and win/loss information for reporting and analysis.

  • Strong communication and writing skills:

    Ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex information.
  • Project management skills:

    Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and resources effectively.
  • Technical knowledge:

    Understanding of products, services, and industry trends relevant to the RFP.
