The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the IT sector, and possess strong leadership and strategic planning skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify new business opportunities, foster client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities and markets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients through visits, calls, and presentations. Understand and assess client needs to provide tailored solutions. Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales effectively. Account Management: Manage and expand existing client accounts to maximize revenue. Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients. Follow up on post-delivery support and address any issues promptly. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance. Set clear objectives and monitor team progress.
