IT SALES HEAD

Role Overview The Sales Head – IT

Infrastructure will be responsible for leading the sales function, driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our presence in enterprise, builder, architect, and consultant segments. This role is strictly for candidates with System Integration / IT Infrastructure sales background (not software/SaaS). 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for IT infrastructure & system integration projects.

• Drive business in areas like Networking, Wi-Fi, Intercom, Surveillance, AV Automation, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and Enterprise IT solutions.

• Manage and mentor a sales team to achieve monthly & annual revenue targets.

• Build strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, builders, architects, consultants, and enterprise clients. • Track competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.

• Own the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closure, including negotiations and contracts.

• Work closely with project & operations teams to ensure smooth execution of large-scale projects

Must-Have Requirements

• 3–12 years of proven sales experience in the System Integration / IT Infrastructure industry.

• Prior experience in selling IT Infra solutions like Networking, Surveillance, AV, Wi-Fi, Fire Alarm, etc.

• Strong existing connections with OEMs and enterprise clients.

• Ability to lead, manage, and grow a sales team. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Good to Have

• Experience in handling large turnkey projects.

• Exposure to enterprise clients in hospitality, healthcare, real estate, commercial, or manufacturing sectors.
