Objectives of the Job profile:

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales KPIs and quotas

· Identify and qualify new leads and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

· Develop strong relationships with prospects and customers.

· Engage customer leadership.

· Understand customer requirements.

· Conduct product demonstrations and presentations

· Analyze market trends and competitors’ offerings.

· Negotiate and close deals

Qualifications and required skills:

· Minimum graduate in any stream

· 2 to 5 years experience in IT software sales to manufacturing /automotive/ engineering industry.

· Strong presentation and communication skills

· Proficiency in English and local language

· Confident, pleasing personality

· Listening and documenting skills

· Energetic, Motivated, disciplined, focused go getter.

· Some understanding of automation and digitalization benefits for the manufacturing industry.
