IT Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with 1 to 1.5 years of proven experience in IT services and/or SaaS. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have exceptional communication skills, and are passionate about driving business growth, we’d love to hear from you. ✅ Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, email campaigns , and other digital channels Develop and nurture client relationships, understanding their business challenges and proposing tailored IT services and SaaS-based solutions Create and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements align with service and SaaS offerings Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Monitor industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activity in both IT services and SaaS Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems and generate regular sales reports ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications 1 to 1.5 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT services or SaaS sector Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal abilities and negotiation prowess Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field ✅ Preferred Candidates available for immediate joining Candidates currently residing in or willing to relocate to Kolkata Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,446.60 - ₹32,069.27 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
