Job Description

Responsibilities: New Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential new clients (B2B focused) in Latur and surrounding districts who could benefit from our IT solutions. Generate leads through a mix of cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, online research, field visits, and referrals. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of prospective clients. Client Needs Assessment & Solution Proposal: Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to understand their current IT infrastructure, business challenges, and technology requirements. Perform thorough needs analysis to identify opportunities where our IT products/services can provide value. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical solution overviews tailored to specific client needs. Articulate the technical benefits and ROI of our solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Sales Cycle Management & Closing: Develop comprehensive proposals, tenders, and quotations in collaboration with pre-sales and technical teams. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure favorable sales agreements. Effectively manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to successful deal closure. Consistently achieve and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key IT decision-makers (CIOs, IT Managers, Business Owners) and other stakeholders within client organizations. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client evolving needs and proactively suggesting relevant IT solutions. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by coordinating with implementation and support teams for seamless service delivery and post-sales assistance. Market Intelligence & Reporting: Stay continuously updated on the latest IT industry trends, emerging technologies, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics specific to the Latur and Maharashtra region. Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports using CRM software. Contribute insights from the field to inform product development and marketing strategies. Communication: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is crucial for effective client interaction, understanding local business nuances, and team communication within Latur. Proficiency in English is essential for technical discussions, formal proposals, documentation, and communication with potentially broader vendor/partner networks.
