The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales for our IT products and services. Key Responsibilities: ·        Identify and generate new business opportunities through self-driven initiatives. ·        Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored IT solutions. ·        Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. ·        Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and smooth delivery. ·        Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve set sales targets. Desired Candidate Profile: ·        Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. (Engineering) or MBA (Sales/Marketing/IT preferred). ·        Experience: 6 months – 5 years in IT sales, software services, or related fields. ·        Strong understanding of software services and IT solutions. ·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ·        Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. ·        Proactive, result-oriented, and self-motivated.
