As an IT Sales & Customer Success Manager at Intellostack.ai, your role is crucial in generating new business opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities include: - Identifying and connecting with potential clients for AI and software development projects. - Conducting meetings, demos, and presentations to showcase Intellostack.ai solutions. - Preparing and sending proposals, negotiating financials, and successfully closing deals. - Coordinating with internal tech and project teams to ensure seamless project execution. - Serving as the single point of contact for clients during and after project delivery. - Building strong, long-term relationships to foster client satisfaction and repeat business. - Tracking leads, maintaining CRM data, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or IT. - 2-6 years of experience in software/IT sales, client servicing, or business development. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Understanding of software development, AI, or digital transformation projects. - Proactive, target-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
