IT Sales Coordinator

As an efficient and detail-oriented IT Sales Coordinator, your role will be crucial in supporting the sales team to achieve business objectives. You will assist with client communication, sales process coordination, documentation management, and ensuring smooth operations between sales and technical departments. Acting as a key liaison between customers, internal teams, and vendors, you will play a vital role in the overall success of the sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the sales team in managing client accounts, preparing proposals, and following up on leads. - Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales activities between sales, technical, and support teams. - Prepare and manage sales documentation including quotations, contracts, invoices, and order forms. - Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management. - Maintain CRM systems, ensuring client data is accurate and up to date. - Liaise with vendors and suppliers for product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules. - Help plan and execute sales campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities. - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide support in resolving issues. - Support logistics and delivery processes for IT products and services. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and customer agreements. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. - Strong understanding of IT products and services (e.g., hardware, software, cloud solutions). - Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
