Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and market research to drive revenue growth.
Conduct business research to identify potential clients' needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Lead Generation:* Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify new leads through various channels (networking, cold calling, digital marketing, etc.).
Sales Presentations & Proposals:* Cond uct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits and value propositions of IT solutions.
Negotiation and Closing:* Lead negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring all aspects of the deal are clear, fair, and beneficial for both parties. Close sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Market Research:* Continuously research industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements to stay ahead in the market and provide innovative solutions to clients.
Collaboration with Technical Teams:* Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions are effectively delivered, ensuring alignment between client needs and service offerings.
Customer Satisfaction: * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by addressing post-sales inquiries and providing exceptional ongoing support.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong skills in lead generation, business development, client relationship management, market research, online lead generation, international business development/international lead generation.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
