Experience in Risk, Compliance, Assurance, and Regulatory areas is required for this role. The preferred candidate should have professional consulting experience in risk management, ideally with a Big4 or similar large consulting firm. A good understanding of Technology Risk and Compliance frameworks is preferred. Good communication and presentation skills, along with a proven track record in stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, are essential. The ability to plan and prioritize to manage multiple work streams/tasks simultaneously is a key requirement. Candidates with certifications like CISA, CRISC, and PRINCE2/Agile will be preferred. The responsibilities include supporting risk management activities ensuring alignment to the 3 lines of defence model and Operational Risk Management frameworks, developing and preparing risk reporting, and monitoring the effectiveness of actions taken to manage identified risks, intervening as appropriate. Ensuring project change is managed in accordance with governance methodologies and frameworks is a crucial part of the role. Understanding, identifying, and assessing risks during the project implementation and post-implementation, including the overall impact on the project and operational risk profile throughout the lifecycle is also required. Establishing and leading project risk workshops to identify risks and ensure appropriate controls are adopted is part of the responsibilities. Primary Skills required for this role include Risks and Controls Management within the technology space, Technology Insight (Infrastructure, Data, Cloud, and Service Management), Project Lifecycle Management, and Stakeholder engagement.
