As a Risk and Compliance Consultant at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in supporting risk management activities, ensuring alignment to the 3 lines of defence model and Operational Risk Management frameworks. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and preparing risk reporting, monitoring the effectiveness of actions taken to manage identified risks, and intervening as appropriate. - Ensuring project changes are managed in accordance with governance methodologies and frameworks. - Understanding, identifying, and assessing risks during project implementation and post-implementation, including the overall impact on the project and operational risk profile throughout the lifecycle. - Establishing and leading project risk workshops to identify risks and ensure appropriate controls are adopted. Your qualifications should ideally include: - Experience in Risk, Compliance, Assurance, and Regulatory areas, with professional consulting experience in risk management, preferably with a Big4 or similar large consulting firm. - Good understanding of Technology Risk and Compliance frameworks. - Good communication and presentation skills with a proven track record in stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. - Ability to plan and prioritize to manage multiple work streams/tasks simultaneously. - Certifications like CISA, CRISC, and PRINCE2/Agile will be preferred.
