Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic interns who have a strong understanding of IT software skills and technologies, and are keen to build a career in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes in the IT domain. Its a fulltime internship.

5day week schedule

We maintain a professional, collaborative work environment designed to support growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for IT roles
• Learn and support interview coordination and candidate engagement
• Work with recruiters to understand technical job requirements
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Gain exposure to HR processes and talent acquisition strategies

Candidate Profile

• Basic knowledge of IT technologies (Java, SAP, Cloud, etc.)
• Interest in pursuing a career in IT Recruitment / HR / TA
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
