IT Recruitment Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for IT roles using job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Understand technical job descriptions and interpret IT terminologies accurately.
• Conduct initial technical screening and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and ensure compliance.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong understanding of IT concepts, technologies, and terminologies.
• Ability to work in a target-based environment.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Eligibility

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Experience:

  Freshers or up to 6 months internship experience in HR/recruitment preferred.
