Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Understand IT job descriptions and required technical skills
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Assist in end-to-end hiring for IT roles
Support HR team in daily recruitment activities
