IT Recruiters - US Staffing

As an IT Recruiter in US Staffing, you will be responsible for performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. You should have knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling IT requirements from US-based clients end to end, including sourcing candidates, screening them, coordinating interviews, negotiating rates, and providing support until closure. - Achieving a high conversion ratio from submission to interview and placement. - Developing strategies by understanding client requirements and identifying suitable targets. - Validating resumes for experience and verifying work status. - Acting as a point of contact and nurturing candidate relationships during the selection process. - Having a good understanding of US terms such as W2, C2C, 1099, and US Visas. Additionally, the office location is in Somajiguda, Hyderabad, with onsite work from Monday to Friday during EST shift timings (8 AM to 5 PM).
