The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing candidates (H1B, H1B Transfers, GC, and US Citizens) to clients and vendors and securing successful placements. Key Responsibilities: Market consultants on bench (H1B, H1B Transfer, GC, USC) to direct clients, implementation partners, and tier-1 vendors. Strong understanding of various US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099). Identify and source new requirements suitable for the consultants on bench. Develop and maintain a strong vendor/client network. Work closely with candidates to prepare them for interviews and placements. Maintain proper documentation and tracking of submissions, interviews, and placements.
