Job Summary:

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Sourcing

• Understand client job requirements and position specifications.
  
• Source potential candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), internal database, and referrals.
  
• Screen resumes to evaluate candidate skills, suitability, and experience.
  
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and schedule interviews.
  

Candidate Management

• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
  
• Follow up with candidates post-interview and coordinate feedback.
  
• Assist candidates with interview preparation and joining formalities.
  

Process & Documentation

• Update and maintain recruitment data and candidate records in tracking systems.
  
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and share updates with team leads.
  
• Support end-to-end recruitment lifecycle under the guidance of senior recruiters.
  

Client Coordination (Optional / As Experience Grows)

• Share shortlisted profiles with the client/Hiring Manager.
  
• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating client communication.
  

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Good understanding of basic IT/Software terminology (training will be provided).
  
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and a positive attitude.
  
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  
• Internship or exposure in recruitment is a plus (not mandatory).
