Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Understand technical job requirements and role expectations
  • Source and screen candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, etc.)
  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews
  • Maintain candidate databases and pipelines
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate with the HR team on employer branding initiatives
  • Ensure a smooth on boarding experience for selected candidates

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in HR, IT, or related field
  • 15 years of experience in technical recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of IT technologies, programming languages, and technical roles
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job portals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in contract staffing
  • Previous work with IT service companies or startups
  • Understanding of technical screening methods and tools
