Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Understand technical job requirements and role expectations
Source and screen candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, etc.)
Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews
Maintain candidate databases and pipelines
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Collaborate with the HR team on employer branding initiatives
Ensure a smooth on boarding experience for selected candidates

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in HR, IT, or related field
15 years of experience in technical recruitment
Strong knowledge of IT technologies, programming languages, and technical roles
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job portals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously

Preferred Skills

Experience in contract staffing
Previous work with IT service companies or startups
Understanding of technical screening methods and tools
