IT Recruiter

As an IT Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment process by assisting in various stages, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring efforts. Your responsibilities will include identifying and attracting top IT talent using a variety of sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. You will be responsible for screening resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation. Additionally, you will conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates" skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers will also be part of your role. Your duties will involve maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date information. You will provide support in drafting and posting job descriptions and advertisements to attract potential candidates. Furthermore, you will assist in building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Participation in team meetings and contributing to discussions on recruitment strategies and best practices will be expected from you. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for performance bonuses. The ideal candidate for this role should preferably hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 1 year of experience in recruiting, with a total of 3 years of work experience.
