Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad

We are hiring an experienced IT Recruiter with 2+ years of hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring IT professionals across various domains and technologies. The ideal candidate should have a sharp eye for tech talent, strong stakeholder communication, and a track record of successful closures.

Responsibilities:

End-to-end IT recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and ATS
Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate technical and cultural fit
Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with internal teams and clients
Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS system
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
Meet hiring deadlines and support bulk hiring drives when needed

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in IT recruitment (in-house or consultancy)
Strong experience hiring for:
Java, Python, C, C++
AWS, Cloud platforms

Salesforce, ServiceNowSAP, Oracle, ERP Modules

Proficient in sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS tools
Experience working on multiple roles simultaneously under tight deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Day shift

Work Location: In person
