IT Recruiter

Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical positions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster), LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
• Understand technical requirements and job descriptions from hiring managers
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview scheduling
• Maintain and update candidate records in ATS / Excel trackers
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and offer closures
• Meet monthly hiring targets and timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Good understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements
• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets

Preferred Qualifications:

• Any Graduate / MBA in HR
• Experience working with startups or IT services companies
• Knowledge of ATS tools
