Job Description

Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with client hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide updates on recruitment progress. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases to identify and attract top talent. Screening and Shortlisting: Evaluate resumes and conduct initial screenings to ensure candidates meet the job criteria. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process. Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes comply with local labor laws and client-specific guidelines. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate periodic recruitment reports. Employer Branding Support: Promote the client's employer brand to attract top candidates. Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to optimize recruitment strategies and processes. Preferred Skills : Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in an RPO or agency setting. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Familiarity with employment laws and hiring best practices. Experience recruiting for specific industries (e.g., IT, healthcare, engineering, banking).
