Market Research : Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies to align hiring strategies. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience as a US IT Recruiter. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT technologies, terminologies, and roles. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Tools Expertise: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
