Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to source, screen, and hire top IT talent for our organization. This is a full time role ideal for professionals with a proven track record in IT recruitment, strong networking skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Shortlist qualified candidates based on requirements and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates on application status.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Knowledge or experience in IT recruitment.
Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, etc.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and ATS tools.
Experience with contract, permanent, and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) hiring is a plus.
