Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to source, screen, and hire top IT talent for our organization. This is a full time role ideal for professionals with a proven track record in IT recruitment, strong networking skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  
• Shortlist qualified candidates based on requirements and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  
• Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates on application status.
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Knowledge or experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and ATS tools.
• Experience with contract, permanent, and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) hiring is a plus.
