Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and scheduling IT projects
  • Track project progress and update relevant stakeholders
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes
  • Maintain project documents and reports
  • Help communicate between technical teams and clients
  • Ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget
  • Identify and report issues or delays to the Project Manager

Required Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Basic understanding of IT systems and software
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Familiarity with project management tools (like Jira, Trello, or MS Project) is a plus
