Job Description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from understanding requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to define job descriptions, technical requirements, and hiring needs.
Source candidates through various channels job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), networking, employee referrals, and social media.
Conduct initial screening (technical HR fit) and schedule interviews with stakeholders.
Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) .
Handle offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
Stay updated with current market trends, salary benchmarks, and technology hiring patterns.

Required Skills Experience:

3 to 6 years of IT recruitment experience in a corporate or agency environment (excluding US IT staffing).
Hands-on experience hiring for various technologies Java, .NET, Python, Cloud (AWS/Azure), DevOps, ReactJS, Angular, QA, Data Engineering, etc
Excellent understanding of technical skill sets and market demand .
Strong knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing strategies .
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet tight deadlines .
