Designation - IT Recruiter Experience - 5+ Years Location - Hyderabad Notice Period - Immediate Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles (developers, engineers, architects, analysts, support, etc.). Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements , team dynamics, and technical needs. Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, social media, etc.) to build a strong talent pipeline. Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on technical and cultural fit . Coordinate technical interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process. Ensure a seamless candidate experience and timely feedback. Maintain and update ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment reports. Stay updated on the latest IT hiring trends, tools, and market benchmarks . Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in both agency and in-house environments. Strong knowledge of IT technologies and technical job requirements . Proven ability to hire for niche and hard-to-fill roles . Proficiency with ATS platforms , sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow), and recruitment CRMs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills . Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment .
