IT Recruiter

We are seeking an optimistic, go-getter, and talented individual to join our team in Mohali as an IT Recruiter. This dynamic role requires someone with excellent communication skills and a strong background in IT Recruitment, who is eager to progress rapidly. Prior experience in IT recruitment and HR management would be advantageous. Responsibilities and Duties: - Proficient in understanding the functions and recruitment standards for various positions across different departments. - Gather recruitment requirements from each department on a monthly basis. - Diversify recruitment channels, publicize job openings, review candidate resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, and meet recruitment objectives. - Manage HR processes, including conducting exit interviews and overseeing separation procedures. - Handle attendance management and generate daily HR reports. Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: - Proficiency in IT Recruitment, HR, and Internet knowledge. - Master's degree in HR or a related field. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment or HR. - Familiarity with computers, the internet, social media, and MS Office. - Strong communication, coordination, and promotional skills, coupled with empathy and patience. This is a full-time, permanent position offering benefits such as leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
