Job Description :-

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic IT Recruiter with a strong background in domestic staffing and client hiring to join our team. The ideal candidate must come from a consultancy background and have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT positions such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other enterprise technologies.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT positions – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing.
• Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates within deadlines.
• Source profiles using job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), LinkedIn, references, and internal database.
• Conduct initial screening of candidates to evaluate their communication skills, experience, and technical knowledge.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Regular follow-up with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment-related activities and reports.
• Meet daily/weekly hiring targets as per client requirements.

Requirements :-

• 1–2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter in domestic staffing.
• Must have experience working with consulting firms / recruitment agencies.
• Strong expertise in IT hiring – especially roles like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of IT terminologies, skills, and technologies.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
