Are you a passionate recruiter ready to take your career to the next level? At Maxohire, we’re growing our in-house team and looking for IT Recruiters who can help us fulfill critical hiring needs across full-time, C2H, and C2C roles.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
• End-to-end recruitment for IT roles (FTE & Contractual – C2H/C2C)
• Source and screen candidates from platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and job groups
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with clients and candidates
• Maintain daily trackers and ensure timely closures
• Build strong pipelines and relationships with talent in the market
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Understanding of FTE, C2H, C2C models
• Good communication skills and sourcing techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Experience using Excel, ATS, or hiring dashboards is a plus.
