🔧 Must-Have Skills:

hands-on experience in RPA development

Automation Anywhere

IQ Bot

✔ Integration experience using APIs / web services

✔ Scripting knowledge in .NET, Java, Python, or VBScript

✔ Good understanding of bot lifecycle, exception handling

OCR tools

✔ Bonus: Experience in UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate

✔ SDLC & Agile working methodology experience
