Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Source top talent through various channels such as
job portals, social media, employee referrals
, and more.
Screen
resumes and cover letters
to assess candidate suitability and alignment with role requirements.
Shortlist candidates and coordinate with
hiring managers
to schedule interviews.
Manage
interview logistics
, including scheduling, location arrangements, and candidate communication.
Maintain candidate engagement and ensure a
positive interview experience
through timely follow-ups.
Maintain and update candidate database or Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Collaborate with team leads to
understand manpower requirements
and hiring priorities.
Support HR team in recruitment reporting and
MIS tracking
as needed.
