Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Screen resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews with potential hires to assess their skills and fit for the role.
Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule in-person or remote interviews with selected candidates.
Follow up with applicants after interviews to ensure they are still interested in the position.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-4 years of experience in technical recruiting or end-to-end recruitment.
Strong understanding of IT staffing industry trends and market demands.
Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement and management.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
