Job Description

Embedded Software Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for Embedded Software roles:

Embedded C/C++ Developers
RTOS Engineers
Embedded Linux Developers
Protocol Stack Developers (CAN, MQTT, BLE, etc.)
Middleware & IoT Developers

Manage
volume hiring
drives for embedded software teams across business units.
Source candidates from job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Hirist), GitHub, embedded forums, internal ATS, and referral programs.
Screen resumes and conduct initial evaluations for
technical fit
based on job specs, coding experience, and protocol familiarity.
Schedule technical interviews with internal hiring teams and track progress through ATS.
Build and nurture a strong pipeline of
embedded software candidates
for current and upcoming roles.
Collaborate with engineering managers to define hiring plans, prioritize roles, and forecast talent needs.
Maintain hiring trackers, dashboards, and weekly MIS reports for leadership.

Required Skills

Minimum of 4 years of experience in
embedded software recruitment
.
Must have experience hiring for roles like:

Embedded C/C++ Developers
RTOS/Bare-metal Developers
Linux Kernel or BSP Engineers (Software-focused)
IoT Developers with embedded stacks
Protocol-focused Developers (e.g., BLE, ZigBee, CAN)

Strong familiarity with
embedded domains
, e.g., automotive software, industrial automation, consumer electronics, or IoT.
Experience using modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri RMS, Zoho Recruit, etc.).
Proven ability to manage
multiple open positions
and work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
