Salary (CTC): ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are hiring an IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting qualified candidates for IT and technical roles. This role is suitable for individuals who are passionate about recruitment and eager to grow in the HR/IT domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements and prepare detailed job descriptions
• Post jobs on various portals and social media platforms
• Source and screen candidates through online portals, databases, and referrals
• Conduct initial interviews and schedule further rounds with clients or internal teams
• Maintain candidate records and follow up regularly
• Coordinate and ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (training can be provided)
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to learn and grow within the recruitment field
