To qualify you will have some experience of the following

• Sourcing profiles from all over the world for specific assignments
• Calling shortlisted candidates
• Preparing shortlist for review
• Professional experience for each candidate we source
• Maintain global database ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
• Manage candidate aftercare activities, including start date and ongoing comms
• Support you team throughout

You will have strong diary management experience and ideally experience in IT recruitment resourcing. Strong verbal and written comms skills in English as the preferred language of communication

The opportunity offers basic salary and bonus and a future track to recruitment management consultant where the commission rewards are significant.
