Job Summary:

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    end-to-end IT recruitment

    including sourcing, screening, scheduling, salary negotiation, offer roll-out, onboarding, and post-offer follow-up.
  • Manage

    C2H hiring processes

    effectively for both product and service-based companies.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and delivery teams to understand technical requirements.
  • Source candidates through

    Naukri, LinkedIn, Internal Databases, Indeed, and Hirect

    .
  • Screen and evaluate resumes based on technology, role fitment, and client requirements.
  • Maintain communication with candidates through the offer to onboarding phase.
  • Track candidate availability, notice period, and interest regularly.
  • Keep a strong database of active and passive candidates for future requirements.
  • Work on

    multiple IT technologies

    , ranging from:
    • Frontend

      : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, Vue.js
    • Backend

      : Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Microservices, Node.js, PHP
    • Cloud & DevOps

      : AWS, Azure, DevOps tools
    • Microsoft Stack

      : C#, ASP.Net, VB.Net, SharePoint
    • ERP & SAP Modules

      : ABAP, MM, SD, HANA, FICO, BASIS, CRM, PeopleSoft HRMS
    • Testing

      : Selenium, QTP, JMeter, LoadRunner
    • Mobile

      : Android, iOS
    • Data Technologies

      : Big Data (Hadoop), Informatica, OBIEE, Tableau, Cognos, Business Objects

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 1

    + years

    of relevant experience in

    IT Recruitment

    , including

    C2H model

    hiring.
  • Strong experience working with

    product and IT service clients

    .
  • Solid understanding of

    technology stacks and roles

    in IT.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Experience in working with

    ATS systems

    and recruitment trackers.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet

    tight deadlines

    .
  • Strong follow-up skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Educational Qualification:

  • Any Bachelor's degree (B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / B.Tech preferred)
  • MBA in HR is an added advantage.
