IT Recruiter (Domestic)

Job Summary:

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the

  end-to-end recruitment process

  sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand

  technical requirements

  and job expectations.
• Source candidates through various channels such as

  LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, and social media.

• Evaluate candidates’

  technical competencies, communication skills, and cultural fit.

• Maintain and update the

  recruitment tracker/ATS

  regularly.
• Build and maintain a

  strong talent pipeline

  for future hiring needs.
• Coordinate and follow up with candidates and internal teams to ensure a

  smooth interview and joining process.

• Stay updated with the latest

  market trends and technology hiring practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  HR, IT, or a related field.

• 1–5 years

  of experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate).
• Strong understanding of

  IT technologies

  (Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with

  job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)

• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to

  manage multiple requirements

  and meet hiring targets under deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience hiring for

  both permanent and contract positions.

• Knowledge of

  ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
