We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR-IT-Recruiter to assist our HR department with administrative and recruitment tasks. Having good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.


Ultimately, an outstanding HR recruiter should be detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing relevant profiles through Job boards by Posting job ads on professional sites, job sites, and social media.
  • HR Screening of the profiles. Scheduling calls and interviews with the hiring manager
  • Offer Negotiations post candidate selection.
  • Coordinating with Onboarding/Offer management/IT team to ensure smooth onboarding experience for the candidate.
  • Communicate with candidates/ stakeholders promptly to keep them informed on progress.
  • MIS & Reporting – Publishing reports and updates to stakeholders on a regular (weekly) basis.
  • Using ATS to keep track of open roles
  • Participate in recruiting events/drives


Requirements

  • MBA/ BBA Student or degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Proficiency with MS-Excel and English Proficiency (Spoken)
  • Should have personal Laptop & Good Internet Connection
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
