Job Description

Hiring IT Recruiter

Location: T.Nagar,Chennai

Experience: 2+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate-1 week(If Serving)

Work Mode: Work from office(5 days)

Alternate saturdays working - 9:30 to 2:00 PM(Work from home - only on saturdays)

Mode Of Interview: Level 1 Virtual/F2F,Level 2 F2F.Level 3 F2F.

Skills:

Key Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years end to end experience in IT Recruitment is mandatory with C2H.
  • Understand client requirements for IT contract positions and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates using a variety of channels including job portals (Naukri, Monster, Dice, etc.), social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and technical expertise.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Negotiate compensation and contract terms with candidates as per client budget and compliance.
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for current and future contract openings.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, clients, and consultants.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets and SLAs.
