As a Senior HR Recruiter at our growing organization, you will play a key role in acquiring exceptional talent to drive the company forward. Collaborating with hiring managers, you will define candidate profiles, develop recruitment strategies, and cater to senior-level positions and niche skill sets. Your innovative approach will involve utilizing various sourcing channels such as professional networks, social media, events, and agencies to build a strong talent pipeline. Drawing on your industry expertise, you will identify qualified candidates matching our company's needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting candidate screenings, presenting top candidates to hiring managers, negotiating competitive compensation packages, and managing recruitment metrics for process optimization. Additionally, you will oversee onboarding processes, mentor junior recruiters, and stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices. Key Skills: - 4 to 6 years of experience in sourcing techniques - Familiarity with referral programs - Proven work experience as a recruiter or in a similar role - Strong analytical and organizational abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
