We are actively seeking an experienced IT Recruiter (Bench Sales / Consultant Marketing) who can market and place our IT consultants for Full-Time and W2 positions across the USA.
The ideal candidate should have strong vendor network connections, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully placing consultants with direct clients or implementation partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, identify, and engage sales candidates through job portals, networking, and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
Coordinate interview schedules and manage the full recruitment cycle.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Provide regular updates on hiring progress and recruitment metrics.
Maintain recruitment databases and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in sales hiring.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Experience using ATS and job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience hiring for inside sales, field sales, or business development roles.
Knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruiting tools.
Ability to build strong candidate relationships.
