About the Role:We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR IT Recruiter with an interest or experience in contract staffing with IT Domain Knowledge to join our team in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:Support end-to-end recruitment for contract and temporary rolesSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databasesScreen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessmentsCoordinate interviews with hiring managers and clientsAssist with offer rollout, documentation, and onboardingMaintain recruitment trackers and candidate databasesEnsure timely closure of positions as per business requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduation in HR, Business Administration, or any discipline1 years of experience in recruitment or staffingInterest or exposure to contract staffing / temporary hiringGood communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with job portals and LinkedIn is a plus
