Job Summary

IT Recruiter

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end IT recruitment
for Contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and Permanent positions.
Understand client requirements and job descriptions to identify suitable technical talent.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely feedback.
Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using ATS or internal trackers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

13 years of experience in
IT Recruitment
, preferably with
C2H hiring exposure
.
Strong knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and industry hiring trends.
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job portals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements.
Graduation in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred).

Preferred Skills

Experience working with system integrators or staffing firms.
Knowledge of ATS and recruitment metrics.
Strong follow-up and closure skills.
