Desired Skills & Qualifications:

4-7 years of experience in IT recruitment especially in Contract to hire (C2H) staffing
Strong sourcing and screening capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Important Note:

This will be a face-to-face interview conducted at the Apexon office between
11:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Candidates with a minimum of 4 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically with contract staffing experience, will be considered. Candidates not meeting these criteria will not be entertained

Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
Maintain and update recruitment reports and trackers
Partner with hiring managers to fulfil manpower needs
