Responsibilities

• Being a subject matter expert in the technology domain to help people reach their career goals
• Aligning your candidates’ career aspirations with our client’s hiring needs. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring a pleasant candidate experience.
• Proactively building relationships with people in the market through face-to[1]face, phone, and video call meetings
• Pro-actively introducing candidates to clients to help uncover new opportunities for them
• Staying abreast of recruiting trends and best practices in the IT space
• Working with your team members to build a collaborative, supportive and friendly culture
• Identifying opportunities to increase efficiencies and results for the team

Education Qualification Freshers: -

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E/B. TECH) with MBA
• BCA, BSc (Computers, Science, Maths) with MBA/ MCA
• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E/B. TECH)
• Candidates with 65% or 7 CGPA and above Experienced candidates
• 0 – 2 years experience in sales (B2B or B2C) or software development or software developers interested to switch their careers.
