Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent through various channels such as job portals, headhunting, mass mailing, screening resumes, sourcing profiles, and social media.
Bring hands-on experience working in a
staffing/recruitment agency environment
, managing multiple client requirements simultaneously and meeting tight hiring deadlines.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-4 years of experience working in a staffing agency
, with strong exposure to
IT recruitment
Strong understanding of technical terms used in IT industry.
Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
