IT Project Manager / Scrum Master

As an experienced IT Project Manager at our company, your primary role will be serving as the Scrum Master for one of our software development teams. You will be responsible for facilitating agile processes, planning and tracking sprints, and motivating the team to deliver high-quality results. Additionally, you will support project management for global infrastructure initiatives to ensure compliance with corporate governance and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Act as Scrum Master for an international software development team, mainly based in India and Germany. This includes facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. - Coach and motivate the team to foster a collaborative and productive environment. - Plan, track, and report on sprint progress, ensuring realistic commitments and timely delivery. - Remove impediments and provide support to the team in achieving sprint goals. - Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and corporate governance requirements. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams. - Support project management for global data and infrastructure projects as required. - Maintain project documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in IT project management and agile software development. - Proven experience as a Scrum Master in corporate environments. - Strong knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, and project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall. - PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or similar certification is required. - Familiarity with corporate governance structures and compliance needs. - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills in an international corporate environment. - Friendly, motivating, and capable of driving team performance.,
