Role Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead and deliver complex technology projects in a dynamic and agile environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project lifecycle management, from planning and execution to delivery and closure, while fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and Agile-driven team culture. This hybrid role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, project management principles, and technical delivery processes. The successful candidate will act as a servant leader, enabling cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business goals and customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Lead multiple cross-functional Agile teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to support team collaboration and continuous improvement. Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and milestones. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and scope, ensuring adherence to PMO standards and best practices. Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and solutions proactively. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA Engineers, UX Designers, and other stakeholders to prioritize backlog and ensure timely delivery of features. Drive continuous improvement in Agile maturity and team performance by promoting Agile principles and coaching team members. Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and other project management platforms to track progress, create reports, and maintain transparency. Manage vendor relationships, third-party dependencies, and cross-team coordination as needed. Ensure that all projects are delivered in compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and governance requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field; PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications are a plus. Proven experience (5+ years) in IT project management and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong leadership, facilitation, and team-building skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. Experience with enterprise-level software development and cloud-based systems is preferred.
